{ Dad, This One's For You! } Family Shoot

I met these three girls (Yes, one of them is actually a mom!) for a mini photo session as a Valentine's Day surprise for their Dad. At the time, he was travelling, so it wasn't hard to keep the surprise and sneak out of the house. The forecast was not promising, rain & wind, but there was no time to reschedule. An hour before the shoot the sky magically opened up and surprised us with perfect, warm, blue-skied late afternoon. And then there were clouds...those white, puffy, nice-weather clouds that are so rare here on the coast. It all worked out!
